Lunch in Brighton

The Lanes, Brighton

Our Rating

8 Score

With both son’s residents at Sussex University, up until the eldest graduated, in July, we often head to Brighton for a day out. I love wandering the lanes and seeking out new places to lunch. One restaurant we return to quite frequently is Donatello’s . We can always expect good service, good food, good value & if the weather is fine, the chance to sit outside & people watch too. I haven’t written a foodie blog yet, but have read lots of others out there. This is the first food post, where I used the specific setting on my camera for taking photographs of food. I hope I have done the food justice.

Great sitting outside in good weather. Perfect for people watching.

Can't resist a walk along the seafront, to wake ourselves up, after a long, lazy lunch.
